Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, MyFatoorah. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Cash on delivery orders are handled without storing any card data, and an order paid by card is only marked as paid after MyFatoorah confirms the payment.

Sharing with third parties

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order. Your name, phone number and address may be shared with our delivery partners and with the suppliers who dispatch your items, so that the order reaches you. Payment data is shared with our payment provider, MyFatoorah, to process transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep your shopping cart between visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies to follow you across other websites.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact details when there is no outstanding order or legal obligation.
