Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed through our online store. Please read them before you check out.
Using our store
By placing an order on this website you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are able to enter into a binding contract.
Prices and currency
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and offers at any time; the price shown when you place an order is the price that applies to that order.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it with you, usually by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier in QAR when your order arrives.
- Card: paid securely through our payment provider, MyFatoorah.
Delivery
We deliver across Qatar. Orders inside Doha and Lusail are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days, and other cities within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or public holidays.
Shipping charges
Delivery fees depend on your city and are shown at checkout before payment. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown in our announcement bar ship at no charge.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order is out for delivery, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours, textures and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade or natural items may vary in small ways.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product photography, logos and design, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
